Christina Huff Biography

This website is a long overdue project for me, Christina Huff, that I have always wanted to undertake, but I wasn't quite sure about the timing or how I wanted to bring it all together. As a lifelong writer, I have countless ideas on what to write about, yet I struggled with the right format. So, when in doubt, put it ALL out!  

My writing journey began when I contributed to a mental health advocacy group called Ask A Bipolar. With my success there, I expanded my reach by guest posting on various mental health organization websites and maintained my own website for over 15 years. Through these platforms, I collaborated with fellow mental health advocates and shared my personal journey. This experience was pivotal, not only in understanding bipolar disorder as an illness but also in discovering how my life interweaves with true crime stories and the complexities of mental health.
