The contents contained in this section are poems that I have written over the years, starting when I was about fifteen, and continue to write. It also includes random thoughts, or short entries, in notebooks or slips of paper I have found over the course of the years when I would be going through boxes during moves or sorting and trying to organize files along the way. They are the way I either coped with situations or reflected and used to heal. They are all MY original thoughts.
